there you'll find
a little seed
that needs nurturing,
of a kind
Keep slow and simple
tuck your wings in
and what you'll see
is a new beginning
Water the seed
'til you see the sprouts
be loving and kind to yourself,
and relax
Give yourself time
and you will be
a wonderful being
that all will see
